Penghantar is a band from Banjarmasin – Indonesia, formed in 2017 with members Ahsan (Vocal), Reret (Vocal) and Doni (Guitar). Ahsan and Doni consistently explored their respective musical tastes from the beginning of the formation of this band, while Reret just joined in 2020. Penghantar will bring the color of the Ambient/Bedroom Pop in their music. With the hope that Penghantar can bring a new color to the music scene in Banjarmasin.

‘I Don’t Think So’ became the first single debut from Penghantar in July 2020. Tells about a someone’s pessimism about his feelings to another person. ‘I Don’t Think So’ represents a story about the views in a meeting that lead to a sense of self-doubt and wild imagination. Different points of view in representing the two persons in the same feelings from the meeting which remain in the memory. While the second single called ‘Terkadang’ represents the level of interpersonal relationships in the lover phase. Tells about a partner who already has a lot of momentum in their relationship and still chooses to stay, stick around and remind each other no matter what happen.

Together with Ahsan, Reret and Doni we try to tell how a phase of interpersonal relationship can be formed, which we will tell in our upcoming album. Our journey to Solar Plexus will start soon, stay with us!
